Dishwasher heating element (heater)

The heating element is used to create heat during the dry cycle and increase water temperature during portions of the wash cycle when certain options are selected. If your dishes are not drying or the water in the dishwasher is not getting hot you may need to replace the element. This kit includes the heater, two heater fasteners, and is a genuine OEM part. Element with limiter 6 inch - 1200w (element w/limiter (sold individually, 6 recommended))

This 6 inch 1200-watt radiant surface element with limiter is located under the main cooktop. When the element is turned on, it will heat up and provide heat to the cooking area on top of the range. If your element will not supply heat you will need to replace it. When replacing the radiant surface element please make sure the element is cool to touch before starting the repair. Mounting bracket

The mounting bracket is used to attach the dishwasher to the underside of the counter. The mounting bracket holds the dishwasher in place to keep it from moving during cycles and to keep the dishwasher level. The bracket is made of metal and is approximately 3” in length. The screws are not included with the bracket, they must be ordered separately. This is a genuine OEM part. Water inlet valve - 120v 60hz (use 154445901)

This water inlet valve is usually located behind the lower kickplate panel in either the right or left corner of the front of your dishwasher. The attaching solenoids on the valve open and close to release the desired amount of water needed in your dishwasher. If your dishwasher is leaking, will not fill with water, is not draining, or not cleaning the dishes properly, you may need to replace the water inlet valve. This valve has 120 volts and 60 Hz. Front glide kit (sub 306508)

The front glide helps the drum rotate smoothly and quietly while operating. If your dryer won’t tumble or is noisy, the glide could be worn down, causing a metal on metal noise, and will need to be replaced. It is recommended to replace both glides at the same time; a rivet tool is required for this installation. This kit includes a blue plastic glide, a brown cork pad, and two metallic rivets. Replacement ice maker (sub d7824706q)

This is a replacement ice maker assembly. The ice maker receives water from the water inlet valve and will freeze until ice cubes are formed. Once the water has been frozen the cubes will be ejected from the mold in to the ice bucket. The ice maker will continue the process until the ice bucket has reached the limit. If your ice maker is not making ice you may need to replace this part. Disconnect the power and water supply before starting your repair. This ice maker is a genuine OEM part.
